Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at our high-volume granite curb fabrication facility in Westford, MA. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks, ensuring the accuracy and organization in the production of orders and coordination through delivery or pick up. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and proficiency in excel & word. Construction industry background would be helpful but not necessary.Responsibilities:• Liason between customers and production team.• Coordinate production and customers schedules.
Requirements:• Proficiency in Excel & Word.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.• Organization skills.• Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and team.• Reliability and punctuality go without saying!
