Shop Equipment Maintenance Technician
We restore and refinish vehicles to a high standard, and that depends on our shop equipment running right, every day. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented technician to take ownership of equipment care and upkeep across the shop — spray booth, compressor, welders, blast cabinets, and more — following an established maintenance schedule.
What You'll Do
• Run daily and weekly upkeep on shop equipment — spray booth, mixing room, compressor, lifts, welders, blast cabinets, and more
• Handle monthly and quarterly servicing tasks (filters, bearings, gaskets, gas bottles, fluid changes)
• Coordinate scheduled service visits with outside vendors for annual and multi-year equipment service
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem
• Help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
• Mechanically inclined, with an eye for detail and a habit of following through on checklists
• Comfortable around paint booths, compressors, welding equipment, and abrasive blasting systems (or eager to learn)
• Prior experience in auto body, restoration, or industrial/facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently once trained
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Pay: Based on experience
